A Ground API key authenticates API requests. Vault changes also require an onchain authorization from your organization’s Turnkey authority or an installed delegate. The authorization endpoint validates and simulates the requested action before returning the payload to sign. An authorization moves through prepared, approval or external signing, relay, broadcast, and confirmation. Ground pays the transaction gas without changing the signed action. Reuse an Idempotency-Key only when retrying the same request. A 202 from the relay endpoint is acceptance for processing, not onchain confirmation. Poll the authorization status until it is terminal.
